At your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history. Please bring a list of any medications you are currently taking. As well, please bring any current x-rays or have them forwarded from your previous dentist to our office prior to your first appointment.
After listening to your concerns, we will examine you and perform any necessary tests, x-rays and gather any records necessary for a thorough diagnosis. Different treatment options will be reviewed and with your informed decision, a treatment plan will be customized for you.
We are pleased to offer direct billing (assignment) if your insurance company allows it. Claims will be submitted electronically or by mail on your behalf. However, we will collect your portion that is not covered by insurance on the day the treatment is rendered. If the insurance company does not give us immediate feedback on the exact amount that is covered, we will estimate your portion as a percentage of the total treatment.
Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any fees not covered by your insurance company. If you need treatment estimates or if you have any questions, we will be glad to assist you. However, it is your responsibility to be familiar with what your insurance plan covers including frequencies of procedures, maximums and renewal dates.
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, debit card, VISA and MasterCard. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Please call our office at 360-373-3487 to schedule an appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you in order for us to provide the attentive care you deserve. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice so that we may offer that time to another patient.
Walk-ins are accepted but it is preferred if you can call ahead of time to prevent or minimize waiting time.
If you are suffering from a toothache or have any other urgent dental concern, we will make every effort to see you that same day. The dentist will examine you and prescribe any necessary medications to provide relief of your symptoms. If the situation permits and there is adequate time, further treatment can be performed or initiated.
